At ZuZu’s Petals our team wants to exceed your expectations. The first consultation is complementary, typically takes about an hour, and is held in our floral studio. Appointments are scheduled at times to accommodate work hours, out of town clients, and holidays. The time allotted for a consultation will cover the overall style, design and price projection desired for your event.
After a consultation meeting you will be given a proposal with the projected cost. A 25% retainer fee is required as to secure our services for the event. The full payment is due 30 days before the wedding or event is complete. A contract and invoice is supplied and signed upon agreement. We accept Cash, Check or Credit Cards.
