At ZuZu’s Petals our team wants to exceed your expectations. The first step to an amazing floral creation is the consultation! We offer the first consultation held in our shop is complementary and typically takes about an hour. We try our very best to accommodate work hours, out of town clients, and holidays. The time allotted for a consultation will cover the overall style, design and price projection desired for your event.
After your initial consultation meeting you will be given a base price proposal with the projected cost. A 25% retainer fee is required to secure our services for your event, at that point a more detailed proposal for the event. Items on the proposal can be adjusted as needed leading up to your event, but will be finalized and paid off 30 days prior to the event date. A contract and invoice is supplied and signed upon agreement. We accept Cash, Check or Credit Cards. Limited bookings are made for each week and are held on a first come basis.
